How am I compelled to exalt God?
Is there a promise to claim?
Is there a principle to follow?
Is there an example to follow?
Am I convicted to confess any sin?
Is there a sin to avoid?
How do I need to rest in Jesus/the gospel?
How can I pray for someone else?
What am I compelled to love or desire?
DO (YIELD): How does God’s Word Call me to yield my life?
In your journal, write your answers and thoughts in response to the following questions.
- Do you see those around you will eyes like Paul (with understanding, discernment, looking for opportunity)?
- Do you feel as Paul did for those unbelievers around you (with holy frustration and grief over sin and its devastation, and compassion)?
- How equipped would you say you are in sharing the gospel with others? How confident are you in sharing the gospel in different contexts in meaningfulways?
- Who is the Lord prompting you to pray for as you engage those around you with the gospel?
